This Privacy Policy explains how Etalonix ("Etalonix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, request a demo, or use our services (collectively, the "Services"). Etalonix is a trading name of Sviatoslav Oleksiv, sole proprietor registered in Poland (CEIDG). Sviatoslav Oleksiv is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and can be contacted at the address in section 13. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly. Your name, company name, email address, mobile or other phone number, and any message content you submit when you email us, book a call, request a demo, or contact us through our website chat widget.
• Information submitted through our forms and lead forms. Information you submit through Etalonix forms and through Meta/Facebook lead forms, including company name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address.
• Text messaging information. Your mobile phone number, the content of SMS/MMS messages exchanged with us, your opt-in and opt-out status, and consent records (including the source of the consent, the date and time, and the method by which it was given).
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties. Data from advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) and our service providers that help us operate and market the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Send you the personalized AI receptionist demo you requested, by text message to the mobile number you provided;
• Respond to your questions about that demo and about your inquiry;
• Schedule and conduct calls, audits, and consultations;
• Send service-related and customer-care text messages and emails;
• Send promotional or marketing text messages only where you have separately given the consent required for those messages;
• Measure and improve our advertising and website performance;
• Keep records of messaging consent and opt-out requests; and
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. SMS and Text Messaging

You may opt in to receive text messages from Etalonix by submitting your mobile phone number through one of our consent points — including a Meta/Facebook lead form, a form on our website, or our website chat widget — where you are told that you are agreeing to receive SMS/text messages from Etalonix. Messages are sent from an Etalonix United States toll-free number.

• What we send. The personalized AI receptionist demo you requested, messages related to that demo, service and customer-care messages, and — only where you have separately given the required consent — promotional or marketing messages.
• Consent. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at hello@etalonix.com. Opting out of marketing text messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages that are permitted by law, such as a reply confirming your opt-out or a response to a request you make.
• Consent records. We retain evidence of your consent — including its source, the date and time, and the opt-in method — and a record of any opt-out, as reasonably necessary for compliance and recordkeeping.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with any third parties. Messaging and technology providers may process this information solely on our behalf, as described in the next section, in order to deliver the messages you have asked for.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in data or messaging consent. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers (processors). Vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as our CRM and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our SMS provider (Twilio), hosting, analytics, and advertising providers. These vendors act only on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and may process information only where technically necessary to provide the Services to us.
• Limits that apply to messaging data. Messaging providers and other vendors that handle your mobile phone number, message content, or consent records may use that information only to deliver our messaging service on our behalf. They are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in consent is never sold, rented, transferred, or shared as a marketing asset. Your messaging consent is a direct relationship between you and Etalonix.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Etalonix, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy. Any recipient would remain bound by the messaging restrictions described above.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests — including the source, timestamp, and opt-in method — for as long as reasonably necessary for compliance and recordkeeping, even after you opt out.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We operate from and store information in Poland. If you access the Services from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described in this policy.
